Gain Africa Investments
Investment screening, transaction participation, partner coordination, governance oversight and portfolio monitoring.
Established in 2012, Gain Africa Investments combines mining investment participation with strategic advisory, technology, equipment and supply-chain capability.
Gain Africa Investments (Pty) Ltd is a South African investment holding company focused on mining opportunities and industrial capability in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
We identify, evaluate and support projects across the mining lifecycle, including exploration, development, operating assets, brownfield expansion, mineral processing and beneficiation. We are particularly interested in opportunities where value can be unlocked through machinery, equipment, specialist expertise, technology augmentation or stronger execution capability.
Our wholly owned portfolio companies—BEMC and CIM Supplies—extend the Group's ability to support projects with strategy, engineering, technology, procurement, equipment, inspection, packaging and logistics services.
The Group structure aligns investment governance, specialist advisory and supply-chain execution around the needs of each opportunity.
Investment screening, transaction participation, partner coordination, governance oversight and portfolio monitoring.
Strategy, programme and project management, technology, engineering, procurement advisory and expert mobilisation.
Mining and industrial equipment, parts, spares, purchasing, inspection, packaging and logistics across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Our current mining investment mandate centres on South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Through our portfolio companies, the Group also has the ability to mobilise specialist expertise and supply-chain support across Sub-Saharan Africa and international markets.
